Privacy Policy
Last updated 28 October 2026.
This policy covers the Setlist app and this website.
Your training data
Setlist has no accounts and no servers holding your data. Your programmes, workouts, exercises, exercise photos and videos, and body weight entries are stored only on your device. We cannot see, access or recover them.
Your device's own backup service (for example iCloud or Google device backup) may include the app's data, depending on your device settings. Deleting the app removes the data from your device.
Exports, backups and imports
When you export a spreadsheet or save a backup, the app hands the file to your device's share sheet and you choose where it goes. When you import a programme, you paste text from your own AI assistant; the app doesn't send anything to that assistant or anywhere else.
Analytics and advertising in the app
The app contains no adverts, analytics or tracking, and does not send any data off your device.
This website and cookies
If you accept cookies in the banner, this website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It records the pages you view, the site that referred you, your device, browser and screen size, and your approximate location (country and city), which Google works out from your IP address without storing the address itself. We don't use Google's advertising features, and we can't tell who you are from this data.
Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_2FYNQ434V1, which last up to
two years and tell repeat visits apart. Google processes the data on our behalf and may transfer it
to the United States under its standard safeguards; Google Analytics keeps it for no more than
14 months. See Google's privacy policy for more.
We only use Google Analytics with your consent. If you reject cookies, or don't choose, it isn't loaded and no cookies are set. Either way the site remembers your choice in your browser's local storage, which is needed to stop the banner reappearing. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of each page; rejecting removes the Google Analytics cookies.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Because the app keeps your data on your device and the website's analytics are anonymous to us, there is usually nothing we can link to you, but contact us and we'll help. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
